Rebecca uses several modalities tailored to the healing needs of each client. In addition to her background in psychology, she is trained and highly skilled in Reiki, shamanic healing, crystal healing, chakra clearing, and aura cleansing.  She will first connect with your spirit to determine which technique or combination of methods will most effectively address your needs during the session.

Remote healing is as effective as an in-person session because it is energy work that flows freely without boundaries through a multitude of conduits. Your experience will start with a phone conference with Rebecca, where she will listen to your needs from both a clinical and intuitive perspective to help you form an intention for the process. In session, connecting with her spirit helpers, Rebecca will scan your energy field to intuit blocks and other challenges you face. She will then begin to realign, repair, and cleanse by empowering your body's own natural resources for healing and growth. She will check in with you to share her findings when this is complete. The process is gentle yet incredibly powerful. Some people fall asleep, some are energized, some feel immediate relief, and for others, it may take a week or two for the positive change to manifest. When dealing with chronic illness, bi-weekly or monthly sessions are encouraged.

Session is approximately 40-45 minutes.
